Why can’t I vote? To vote you must first log in as either a community member or filmmaker member of our site. Once logged in, voting options will be available to you.
My login username is not accepted. To login you will need to enter your username and password, both are case sensitive. You also need to enter the verification code into the box provided.
How do I vote? To vote on a film, first login and then click on the film you wish to watch. Watch the movie to the end. At the end of the movie 10 stars will appear on the screen - click on a star to both rate and vote for the movie.
I can’t vote and I’m logged in. You may have already voted for this film. Only one vote per user per film is accepted by our site. To confirm please see if your rating is shown underneath the movie.
I can’t login and I am a registered user. Your account may not yet be activated: After registering as a member of our site - you will receive an activation email. To activate your account you need to click on the link in this email. Your account will not be active for logging in until you do this.
I didn’t get an activation email. Your activation email may be in your spam filter as it contains a link and often emails with links are caught in spam filters, especially if your spam filter is set to “high.”
The Movie stops and starts: Earth Sprit Love has been optimized for users with DSL or faster internet connections. Also, you will need to have the newest version of Flash Player installed to watch our movies. You can download the newest Flash Player software at Adobe’s Flash Player support page: http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/
Can I watch the movie on my whole screen? Yes - for some films if you click on the little square button on the small screen it expands to big screen.
How do I upload a movie? First register as a filmmaker.
Activate your account by clicking on the activation link embedded in your activation email.
Then to upload - login, and click the upload movie button in the top right of the homepage. Follow the directions, complete the information about your film and click on the buttons to agree to the terms.
Next, choose either the flash or HTML uploader. Apple Users should choose the HTML uploader. For large files (MAX 100mb) use the HTML uploader for both Apple and Windows platforms. The Flash uploader is ideal for Windows users uploading small video files. Select your film using the browse button and click upload.
Complete your upload by paying the $5 upload fee. We have chosen PayPal as our preferred payment method. Click on the button to be directed directly to the PayPal site.
Wait for approval for your film and for it to be activated to the site by the administrator.
I get an error message when I tried to pay by credit card. The address in your profile must be the same as the billing address on your credit card. You can edit this in the profile area of the site. Or click on Paypal to change your mode of payment
