In order to increase the likelihood that ESL will screen and share your film, please remember that this is a place for creative cinema, by serious filmmakers. Films that are a good match for our specifications (see below) and that show careful attention to quality in the area of content and generally good aesthetics will be welcomed for submission

Earth: Films which celebrate our environment teach us about the wonder of nature and inspire us to act as mindful stewards of our planet. - Stories and documentaries welcome in the following areas:

·        Environmental choices
·        People making a positive difference

Spirit: Films which celebrate our creative, curious and expansive selves. Films that invite us to explore our spiritual nature and encourage us to question our relationship with spirit. Films that embrace the big questions of life, such as:
"Who are we?"
"Why are we here?"
"What is our highest potential?"
Love: Films which celebrate the power of love and the highest potential of relationships that demonstrate our capacity for:
authenticity,
compassion,
gentleness,
commitment
abundance in loving ourselves and each other.
Five Wishes: Films based on the book Five Wishes by Gay Hendricks or on one of your own wishes. Little movies about a big subject: what you most want to experience/accomplish in your life. Or a movie about one of the five wishes presented in the book.
You hereby submit your film to be considered for selection by EarthSpiritLove(ESL) and by doing so you release and discharge ESL from all future claims arising from the submission. I certify that I am the rights-holder for this work:
In submitting the film to EarthSpiritLove you represent, warrant and ensure that you are the owner of and have all necessary legal and equitable rights to the film throughout the world; the film is a wholly original work; and you have completed and obtained all necessary clearances, copyrights, clips, music licenses, consent and releases, (including, but not limited to, third party material appearing in film e.g. posters, products and sources of information e.g. newspapers, magazines, transcripts) life story rights, authorizations, and that your film does not violate the rights of any individual person or entity.
I certify that this work does not contain pornographic, hate-related, violent or illegal themes, language and/or images:
You understand that EarthSpiritLove, at its sole discretion, may remove this work from the site if the work is judged to contain material it deems unsuitable and understand that all submissions are accepted and passed on to the community for voting solely at the discretion of EarthSpiritLove.
I grant EarthSpiritLove the non-exclusive right to host my film and make it available for download and sale if I choose to participate in this revenue sharing program to voting audience members:
You hereby grant EarthSpiritLove.com a worldwide, revocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited right and license to use, reproduce, modify and adapt your video content (solely to allow ESL to conform your video content to technical requirements of streaming, downloading, and other technologies as required in the publicity of the site), excerpt, publish, transmit, reference, store, display, host, index and cache for streaming, downloading and publicity purposes only. Any further sublicensing for other media opportunities will be covered under a separate agreement.

I understand that all content and contest decisions are final:
You understand that EarthSpiritLove.com receives numerous uploads and ESL in its sole discretion may choose a similar film in theme and style to your film and that you will have no actionable claim against ESL. By clicking I agree you accept the uploading terms of Earth Spirit and Love.com.
